Terms & Conditions of ticket sales
1. All transactions made via the internet box office or via 0845 838 9058 and financed via credit or debit card will incur a booking fee
This fee is applied per transaction (as opposed to per ticket) and is
levied in accordance with the sliding scale outlined below:

| up to £25 | 10%* |
| up to £35 | 9% |
| up to £50 | 8% |
| up to £100 | 7% |
| up to £250 | 6% |
| up to £500 | 5% |
| £500+ | 4% |
| *minimum fee 50p |
Example:- spend £24on tickets the fee will be £2.40
Example :- spend £35 on tickets the fee will be £3.15
Example :- spend £50 on tickets the fee will be £4
The fee will be clearly displayed on the ticket source website when you select your seats and before you complete your purchase
2. All credit / debit card purchases will result in a unique booking reference number displayed to you and emailed to you. You must bring this booking reference number with you when you come to see the show and collect your tickets from the box office before entering the auditorium.
3. Argosy Players can not gaurantee admittance if you do not bring your booking reference with you to the theatre Argosy Players cannot be held responsible for you losing your booking reference number.
4. WHEELCHAIR SEATS
Customers whishing to book tickets for wheelchair users and their carers should not use online booking. In order to best meet the needs of wheelchair users we request you call our box office directly on one of the following numbers to discuss your requirements:-
For our Pantomime and other shows at Winston Churchill Hall please call 0845 838 9058. for shows at the Compass Theatre please call 01895 673200.

5. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All tickets are non-refundable unless the show is cancelled in which case you will receive a refund.
Not withstanding the above you may notify Argosy Players of unwanted ticket bookings by calling our box office on 0845 838 9058 and quoting your booking reference number. Argosy Players will try and sell your unwanted seats for you only after all other seats have been sold. If your unwanted tickets are re-sold in this
way we will refund you 80% of the ticket price.The booking fee is non refundable.
Exchanges for a different performance of the same show may be possible - and will be actioned soley at out discretion - please call 0845 838 9058. If your ticket was purchased via credit / debit card it may only be possible to exchange the whole booking. Please remember exchanges are not gauranteed and will be actioned solely at our discretion.
